Refund policy

At Chai Bakery, we take great pride in baking fresh, high-quality products with love. Because our items are made fresh and often perishable, we have a few guidelines in place to ensure fairness for both parties.


🧁 Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any baked goods.

However, if there is a mistake with your order (e.g., wrong item received or missing products), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.


💸 Refunds or Replacements

We only offer refunds or replacements if:

  • The product was damaged or spoiled upon arrival

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The order didn’t arrive (courier issue)

To request a refund or replacement:

  1. Email us at chaibakery21@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery

  2. Include your order number, photos of the product, and a brief explanation

Once approved, we will:

  • Issue a refund, OR

  • Arrange a replacement delivery, depending on your preference and product availability

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 working days.


🚫 No Refunds For

  • Change of mind after ordering

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

  • Late collection of local pickup orders

  • Orders not reported within 24 hours of delivery


📦 Delivery Issues

We use trusted third-party couriers, but if a delivery is delayed or lost, we’ll assist you in resolving the issue. Please note: we are not liable for courier delays once the order has left our bakery, but we’ll do our best to help.
